Trek2Health provides mental wellness services for Emergency Services and Veteran personnel (current or ex-serving) via Green Exercise Training. We are proud to offer complementary services to first responders and veterans in recognition of the amazing contribution you make to our community. Participants must provide some of their own equipment such as walking shoes, these details will be provided to applicants. Program dates are listed in this calendar to assist new clients to select the Module 1 training times that suit your schedule and as a reference for our Module 2,3 & 4 clients. Occasional changes in dates are possible due to weather, etc. Program participants will be contacted with notification of any changes, this calendar is a general guide only and may not be updated with last minute changes. 

All training and challenges depart from the Trek House near the Enoggera Reservoir. Modules 3 and 4 have challenges in an out of Brisbane location. Trek House address: Trek2Health Headquarters, 1434 Waterworks Rd, The Gap QLD 4061.

Module 2, 3 & 4 are by invitation only, participants must complete the previous module and challenge. New clients please read the Eligibility Criteria and fill out the New Client Application form (below) to apply.

GET (Green Exercise Training) is a Complimentary Professional Service for Frontline Personnel and Veterans

Eligibility Criteria

Our program is open to Veterans, serving Australian Defence Force members and current or former Emergency Services personnel who are referred to us by a supervisor, human resource or an external allied health professional.

To submit an application, fill out the form below and we will contact you within 2 business days.

Please note: to complete Module 1 and be able to progress to subsequent modules we request a minimum of 7 out of 11 training sessions, completion of the final challenge and participation in a post-challenge evaluation.

Events are COVID-19 safe and Trek2Health’s experienced trek guides and medics will support participants during training. This is an initial enquiry and eligible participants will be invited to arrange a personal interview to determine how best we can support you.
