Pearl Constance Paten
Pearl Constance Paten (married name Mrs C.W.S. French), Australian Army Massage Service, WWI Australia & Egypt.
Pearl was the daughter of Jesse and Eliza Hunt Paten and sister of Lance Corporal Edward Hunt Paten and Eunice Muriel Paten.
Pearl (Mrs. C. W. S. French) was a well known Brisbane remedial masseuse who, with her husband Major French, built a substantial home called ‘Tula’ in 1925 at the western end of the Paten family property, located in The Gap, Brisbane. ‘Tula’ was removed some years ago to a site at Highvale in the Samford Valley.
