Where Insight Becomes Progress

In Trek2Health Client Programs, the model is applied with real-world frontline populations, with outcomes measured and evaluated by the Trek2Health Research Team.

The Quarter 1 2026 Client Outcomes Report shows meaningful gains in mental wellbeing, aerobic fitness and physical activity behaviour. Module 1 participants recorded substantial reductions in depression, anxiety and stress, alongside an 8% improvement in estimated VO₂max and a strong increase in Physical Activity Index scores. Module 3 participants continued to build on these gains, with improved activity levels, increased aerobic fitness, reduced psychological distress and positive changes in body composition.

These results point to one of Trek2Health’s key strengths: a progressive program pathway where early improvements in confidence, wellbeing and fitness can be strengthened over time through continued participation, challenge, connection and supported behaviour change.
