Trek2Health is excited to announce the launch of our Here2Help program, a new initiative that enables supporters to make a lasting difference through regular monthly or annual donations.
With donations starting as low as $5 a week – the price of a coffee – you can help fund our crucial support work for emergency responders and military personnel.
A Lifeline for Our Heroes
Every day, emergency responders and military personnel face stressful and often traumatic situations. Their dedication to protecting and serving our communities comes at a high personal cost.
One of our clients Tony told us, “I was genuinely concerned I was going to be extremely affected in a bad way for the rest of my life… My dear friend… told me about the [Trek2Health] programme and I was determined to do everything possible to help myself, so
I signed up.”
“I can’t explain how much it changed the way I was able to deal with my mental health issues and how it helped me calm my mind. I am certain I would not be in such a great headspace without it. It gave me hope.”
Recognising this, Trek2Health is committed to offering stigma-free mental wellness programs to support these brave individuals. The Here2Help program is our latest effort to ensure we can continue providing this vital assistance for years to come.
