Thank you for registering and supporting this Sunday’s Twilight Blue Trek during Mental Health Week. We truly appreciate your commitment to the event and to the cause of supporting mental health awareness.
As you prepare for the trek, here are some key details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
Essentials to Bring:
- Start the trek with at least 1 litre of water; we will have stops every 5-7km to refill.
- Enough food and snacks for the 6-hour trek.
- A rain jacket in case of possible showers.
- Head torch for the final part of the trek, as sunset is at 17:51 and twilight ends at 18:31.
Event Details:
- Registration opens at 11:30 AM at the Trek House, 1434 Waterworks Road, The Gap. Parking at the BCC Bus Park & Ride The Gap, 40metre walk to Trek House. Parking info
- Bus departs at 12:00 PM from Trek House to the starting point at Mt. Nebo.
- Arrival back at the Trek House is expected by 6:30-6:45 PM.
- Presentations and BBQ dinner will begin at 7:00 PM, where we’ll hear from past clients and recognise our top fundraisers.

- Min: 17°C Max: 24°C
- Possible showers with a 40% chance of rain and light winds. Please be prepared with appropriate gear for the conditions.

- Registrations close this Friday at 11:59 PM, so if you know anyone who would still like to participate, please remind them to sign up before then.
- Please make sure you’ve read the trek handbook thoroughly, especially the checklist and safety information. It includes all the necessary gear and recommendations for a safe and enjoyable trek.
