A Growing Festival of Art, Music & Community (supporting Trek2Health)
We’re proud to be the Charity Partner for Art&Eats 2026, a vibrant, free, community-focused festival celebrating local talent through art, dance, music, and food.
Saturday, 14 March 2026 | 4:00–9:00 pm
Art&Eats moves from a Thursday evening to a Saturday afternoon festival, making it easier for families, friends, and the wider community to attend.
What’s happening on the night
- Artist submissions now open beyond The Gap, welcoming creatives from across North-Western Brisbane
- Live music begins at 4:30 pm, with acoustic performances upstairs on arrival
- High-energy bands and solo artists performing on the lawn near the food and bar area
- Art exhibition runs all night inside St Mark’s Hall — meet artists, enjoy the curated exhibition, and purchase original artwork
- Featured Artist – 2026: Leona Reif, volunteer President of The Gap Creative
- Photography Competition running throughout the event, judged on the night by Colin Bushell, and the youth competition judged by Nic Willemsen
- Show Dance Returns — the Show Dance crew returns with a triple performance in 2026
- Five live music acts across the afternoon and evening
- Opening act at 4:30 pm: Vegas Saint Vendetta — three exceptional school students delivering high-energy rock performances that rival Teen Jesus and Jean Teasers!
- Food, bar & family-friendly atmosphere
- The undercover bar returns, with all proceeds donated to Trek2Health
- Three food trucks on site
Trek2Health on site + raffle coming soon
We’ll be there with a dedicated table and displays, including handmade surfboards on display showcasing our work with front-line workers and our youth programs.
There’ll also be a huge raffle with extraordinary prizes, including:
- Jewellery from Ruby Red Jewellery
- A weekend away at The Carriage & Chalet, Mount Nebo
- Gift baskets, and many more to come
