Trek2Health Client Services Update
Applications for Trek2Health’s 6-week program for Quarter 2, 2024 are now open. Due to the overwhelming response, Q1 has filled up early, but we’re excited to invite you to apply for Q2.
Our programs are designed to support frontline personnel like yourself in improving mental health and well-being. Whether you’ve attended one of our programs before or are considering it for the first time, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. The program value of all 4 modules is $7,500.00, available to eligible participants completely complimentary.

Midnight to Dawn Trek registration is now open
Now in its fourth year, the Midnight to Dawn ANZAC Service Trek 2024, hosted by Trek2Health, promises to be an unforgettable experience. Combining physical challenge with solemn remembrance, participants will embark on a 20km journey through the night, culminating in the poignant ANZAC Day Dawn Service at Walton Bridge Reserve War Memorial, located at the corner of Waterworks Rd and Glen Affric St, The Gap.
