This week, we were proud to host 24 staff members from Town Planning Alliance at the Trek House as part of their 12-month mental wellness and leadership program.
Under the expert guidance of CEO Bruce Barker and John Miles, a former SAS instructor, the team undertook a challenging high-intensity rope carry, followed by a military-style stretcher carry exercise through rugged bush terrain. These activities are designed to push physical limits while strengthening communication, leadership, and resilience—key traits in both frontline service and high-performance workplaces.
This is more than just fitness. It’s about-facing adversity together, building trust, and learning to lead from within. As the teams sweated through each step, they uncovered what it means to support one another—shoulder to shoulder, step by step.
At Trek2Health, we combine evidence-based physical training with powerful outdoor experiences to help organisations like TPA build stronger, healthier teams. We thank TPA for their commitment to wellbeing and for walking the talk—literally.
