Update 9th July: We still have places available in Trek2Health’s upcoming programs for eligible frontline workers, veterans and ex-serving personnel.
Join us for a complimentary program that gives you structured training, outdoor challenge and support from the Trek2Health team, helping you build fitness, resilience, confidence and connection in a group environment. New clients can register interest in either the Foundation Module or Module 1.
Trek2Health programs are complimentary for eligible current and ex-serving frontline workers and veterans. The program offers structured health and fitness support in a stigma-free environment, with the added benefit of peer connection and social support.
Think of it as guided training with the support of a professional team, but in a group setting where you also gain encouragement and connection. You are not left to work it out alone. You train alongside others who understand the demands of frontline work and are also taking proactive steps for their health and wellbeing.
Upcoming Program Options
There are two upcoming options for new clients:
Foundation
Training starts 25 July 2026.
Foundation is a lower-barrier entry point for eligible participants to build fitness, confidence, routine and motivation. It provides supported group training, education and connection to help participants boost fitness and wellbeing.
Module 1
Training starts 22 July 2026.
Module 1 is suited to frontline workers and veterans who are ready to take part in structured training, build fitness, strengthen resilience and connect with others through the Trek2Health program.
If you are not sure whether to choose Foundation or Module 1, please enquire or apply with the option “Register interest to discuss your best option” and our team will help you choose the best program for your needs.
Please check our website for full training dates, program details and more information.

Participant Outcomes
The benefits for participants are clear in Trek2Health’s Q1 2026 Module Outcomes Report. In Module 1, participants recorded reductions in depression, anxiety and stress scores over the six-week program, with depression scores reducing from 8.5 to 4.7, anxiety from 4.3 to 3.7, and stress from 7.8 to 4.8.
Physical activity also increased, with Physical Activity Index scores rising from 34.2 to 55.5.
The report also highlights the value of the Foundation pathway as a supported starting point before progressing into greater physical and psychological challenge.
Places Available for Quarter 3
Trek2Health currently has available positions for Quarter 3 for both Foundation and Module 1. You do not need to wait until things become harder before seeking support. Trek2Health offers a unique, proactive approach, and we encourage eligible frontline workers and veterans to experience the benefits for themselves.
If you have questions about eligibility, fitness level, program structure, dates or the time commitment, please get in touch.
If you know a colleague, friend, family member, frontline worker or veteran who may benefit from Trek2Health, please forward this message to them. Help us fill these places with people who will benefit, and support a stronger, healthier frontline community.
