Our programs support participants to improve fitness, build resilience, and strengthen overall wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Why does Trek2Health measure VO₂ max?

In simple terms, VO₂ max is a marker of cardiovascular fitness — and improving it can support better endurance, energy, resilience and overall wellbeing.
