Otium National Trek Day
Trek2Health is thrilled to partner with Otium Planning Group and launch the first Otium National Trek Day on 20 June 2021.
Trek2Health is an organisation founded with the single-minded objective to provide ongoing support to Emergency Services personnel such as firefighters, EMTs, police officers and veterans in our communities.
The Otium National Trek Day 2021 is Otium’s inaugural fundraising event for raising awareness and supporting First Responders to Emergency Services personnel via Trek2Health.
Community Treks will be held in Brisbane, Cairns, Sydney and Melbourne on Sunday, 20 June 2021.

Brisbane – Otium National Trek Day 2021 – Sunday 20th June
The Trek2Reboot consists of an 8.5km walk on wide fire trails, around the picturesque Enoggera Reservoir and will take approximately 2 hours. This outstanding Trek offers a few short, sharp hills along the way that may test you, but the Trek delivers some of Brisbane’s best bush landscape and lake views. Our experienced support staff – who have operated in these D’Aguilar ranges for over 15 years – to offer their support at several stations throughout the Trek, should you need water or support. Participants can also request support between these stations, as we have a team of Medical professionals roaming the route in 4×4 vehicles.

First Responders are exposed to unimaginable experiences in their professional services.
We believe we should and can DO MORE to support the health and well being of these extraordinary individuals who risk their own safety to be there for us when we need help the most.
