Sat 24 – Sun 25 April, 2021

As the sun rose on 25 April 1915, Australian and New Zealand soldiers rowed towards the shores of Gallipoli and into history itself.

Every year since, as the sun rises, Australians gather across the nation to remember their legacy, and the legacy of all those who have followed in their footsteps.

  1. As a Veteran I found this event to be extremely respectful and very well organised. The walk itself was well laid out and many opportunity’s to visit some of Brisbane’s remembrance shrines and gardens. My fellow walkers were friendly and fun to be around with the combined goal of enjoying the service at the end.
The organisation itself had safety first and planned to detail. Well done and I wish you many successful events in the future.
