The ANZAC Spirit
As you undertake this trek, we ask you to reflect on the ANZAC spirit—
a legacy built on courage, endurance, sacrifice, and mateship.
Tomorrow night is more than a physical challenge. It is an opportunity to:
- Support one another through discomfort and fatigue
- Demonstrate resilience in both body and mind
- Honour those who have served, and those who continue to serve our communities
You will experience moments of challenge, but also moments of clarity, connection, and purpose. Walk with intent, support your fellow trekkers, and take pride in what you are undertaking.
We look forward to guiding you safely throughout the night on what will be a challenging, meaningful, and emotional journey.
Thank you again for your commitment to Trek2Health and to the frontline community we serve.
Kind regards,
The Trek2Health Team
