Why we Trek

Computer Alliance Trek2Reboot is a community fundraising event and participants are encouraged to open an individual and/or team fundraising page, which can be completed during the registration process. All funds raised support Trek2Health, an organisation founded to provide ongoing support to emergency services personnel such as firefighters, EMTs, police officers and veterans in our communities.

Computer Alliance is proud to support Trek2Health by hosting the first Annual Computer Alliance Trek2Reboot on Sunday 28 March, 2021.

The general public are warmly welcomed to join the Computer Alliance community as we Reboot in Nature.

Computer Alliance Trek2Reboot consists of an 8.5km walk on wide fire trails, around the picturesque Enoggera Reservoir and will take approximately 2 hours. This outstanding trek circuit offers a few short, sharp hills along the way to challenge you as you take in some of Brisbane’s most beautiful bush landscape and lake views.

Join the Computer Alliance community for this unique opportunity to reboot your mental and physical resilience while also helping build a stronger, fairer and more resilient community for us all.

Brisbane – Computer Alliance Trek2Reboot, Sunday 28th March, 2021

The Trek2Reboot consists of an 8.5km walk on wide fire trails, around the picturesque Enoggera Reservoir and will take approximately 2 hours. This outstanding Trek offers a few short, sharp hills along the way that may test you, but the Trek delivers some of Brisbane’s best bush landscape and lake views.

The event is fully supported by the Trek2Health Team – who have operated in these D’Aguilar ranges for over 15 years. Support will be available at several stations throughout the Trek, should you need water or assistance. Participants can also request support between these stations, as we have a team of Medical professionals roaming the route in 4×4 vehicles.

We trek to support our Australian frontline workers and veterans in recognition of their extraordinary contribution to our community.

First Responders are exposed to unimaginable experiences in their professional services. 

We believe we should and can DO MORE to support the health and well being of these extraordinary individuals who risk their own safety to be there for us when we need help the most.

For every $1,000.00 raised by community trek fundraisers,  Trek2Health will be able to assist one extraordinary Australian frontline worker or veteran achieve greater physical and mental resilience.
